Proposals and booking

The website offers starting points and design inspiration. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date, confirm a venue, create an appointment or book services. Availability, scope, the written event agreement and required payment must be confirmed before a booking is final.

Scope of services

Delivered décor designs, professional installation and full-service productions have different inclusions. Your approved proposal should list the actual decorations, quantities, venue allowances, staffing, supplier services, experiences, setup and breakdown responsibilities. Changes need written agreement and may affect price or feasibility.

Prices and estimates

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Package prices and estimates relate to the stated scope; premium starting prices are not unlimited event budgets. Shipping, venue charges, travel, taxes, special production and upgrades must be addressed in the final quote. No payment is taken by the current website.

Client responsibilities

The event agreement should confirm accurate guest counts, site access, measurements, permissions, design approvals, deadlines and any accessibility requirements. Customer-setup packages require the organizer to provide the stated space, furniture, setup, supervision and cleanup.

Venue rules, permits, age restrictions, safety requirements and supplier responsibilities must be reviewed for the actual event. The website does not promise that a particular rental property permits parties.

Images, designs and intellectual property

Gallery images are AI-generated design concepts, not completed client events. They are not a promise that every pictured object is included or available. Please share inspiration only when you have permission to do so.

Ownership, permitted use, reproduction and licensing of commissioned artwork, recordings and custom designs must be specified in the approved agreement. This draft does not transfer intellectual property rights or set a final license.

Third-party services and communications

Actual supplier services, payment providers and any future client portal should be identified before use. The AI concierge cannot approve a quote, reserve a venue or override an agreement. Contact LaDonya for decisions that require confirmation.

Owner review required

Payment requirements, cancellation, refunds, rescheduling, force majeure, liability, dispute resolution and any governing-law provisions require owner approval and appropriate review.
