What to upload

Images are optional. For a customer-setup design, room photos and measurements help show the space. If you need venue sourcing, you do not need to upload photos of your home. Inspiration can also be described in words.

The forms accept up to four JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 5 MB each. Have permission to share every image. Crop out people, children, addresses on documents and unnecessary identifying details whenever possible.

How images are used and stored

The application stores uploaded images in R2 storage with the corresponding inquiry. They are used to review your event and inform a proposed layout or design. The application does not automatically post them to the site or send them to its text concierge.

The owner accesses uploads through an authorized endpoint. No system can promise absolute security; only send material appropriate for a planning inquiry.

Supplier sharing and public use

Only information necessary for an agreed service should be shared with relevant suppliers. Separate permission is needed before using your private images in marketing or a public portfolio. Uploading an image is not permission to publish it.

Corrections and deletion

There is no fixed automatic image-deletion schedule configured. Email ladypearson@icloud.com with your inquiry reference and the image or request concerned. The owner can review correction, access or deletion requests and explain any applicable retention limitation. Provider backups and logs may follow separate retention rules.

Gallery design concepts

The current public gallery contains AI-generated design concepts, not photographs from client events. Your uploaded photos do not become gallery images automatically. Approved package inclusions and final designs are confirmed separately in your proposal.
