Your details & photos

We collect the contact details, event preferences and optional photos you submit to review and prepare your party proposal. Please submit only photos you have permission to use, avoiding identifiable children, private documents and unnecessary personal information.

Room photos and inspiration uploads are stored privately for event planning. They are not published as marketing without separate permission. Access to submissions is restricted to the configured business owner; approved suppliers receive only information needed to fulfill an agreed service.

Website hosting and storage are provided through Sites. When enabled, OpenAI processes questions sent to the AI concierge and Twilio processes booking notifications to the owner. Do not send card details, passwords or sensitive information in chat. AI responses can be inaccurate; written proposals govern your booking.

Saving a draft stores your selections on this device. Photos are not saved in that local draft. No advertising trackers are included in this version.

To request correction or deletion, submit a party request with “Privacy request” in the details. This preview does not accept payments. Final business contact information and retention periods will be added before public launch.
