Your path to booking
Explore your celebration style, share your event details, receive a personalized proposal, review the event agreement, then confirm the required payment and booking. A saved inquiry is not a reservation.
Availability and approval
Dates, venues, suppliers, travel and design feasibility must be checked individually. A proposal should describe its validity period and any conditions before acceptance. An online estimate does not hold a venue or supplier.
Deposits and initial payments — pending owner review
The amount, due date, purpose, refund treatment and conditions of any initial payment must be approved and written into your agreement. No fixed deposit percentage or blanket nonrefundable payment has been adopted on this page.
Payment schedules — pending owner review
The agreement must identify installments, due dates, accepted payment methods, supplier commitments and what happens if payment is late. The current website collects inquiries only; request a verified invoice and final agreement before sending payment.
Cancellations and refunds — pending owner review
Any cancellation deadline, fee, refund calculation and treatment of completed design work or committed supplier costs must be stated before booking. This draft does not promise a refund or impose an unapproved cancellation charge. Contact LaDonya promptly if your plans change.
Rescheduling — pending owner review
A new date depends on availability. Any transfer of payments, additional supplier charges, notice period or limits on date changes must be approved in the event agreement. A rescheduling request alone does not confirm a new date.
Rush requests and changes
Short timelines and changes to guest count, design, location or experiences need a feasibility check. Any additional charge must be quoted and approved; it is not automatically calculated by this page.
